Cumbernauld National Rd 5 & 6

Team Absolute made the mammoth journey up North to Cumbernauld Centurions Scotland for Rounds 5 & 6 of the National Series, some riders had a short turn around after attending the European Championships in Verona.
BMX is definitely battling with the Weather this Season.

Round 5 saw 14 Absolute riders in the Main Final.
Becca Gohl Smashing it taking a Double Win on her 20inch and Cruiser
Dan Pople also taking it all the way to the line picking up another National Win
Lottie Brown is going from strength to strength riding up an age group and taking a solid 1st place
Amos Guppy was flying around the track taking another Solid 3rd place
Ned Guppys skills and race craft also surcured him a 3rd place podium finish
Alby Blight has awesome peddle power powering him to a 3rd place finish
Harrison Collis has Stepped up this year racing in the Elite Catagory he battled hard and came away with a 5th place
Sullivan Collis and Evie Webster 7th, Teresa Challis, Lucas Webster, Archie Crocker White and Elsie Blight 8th place
A Special Mention to Archie for making his first Main, Congratulations
Caitlin Ellis had solid laps all day but unfortunately took a nasty tumble in her Semi Final which ended her weekend, we hope to see her back again in Rounds 7 & 8 in Manchester
Also a Massive well done to Finlay Collis and Luca Chalk Fantastic racing
Round 6 Absolute riders stepped it up with another whopping 14 Riders making the Main Final
The Awesome Becca Gohl taking another Double Win there's no stopping her
Lottie Brown Smashing it up again in the 14 girls taking another 1st place
The Teams Little Pocket Rocket Alby Blight taking his first National Win
Dan Pople stepping onto the podium again with a 2nd
Lucas Webster bagging himself another national Podium 3rd place finish
Ned Guppy 4th Place, Amos Guppy and Harrison Collis 5th Place, Teresa Challis and Sullivan Collis stepping it up to a 6th place Finish
Archie Crocker White finished off his weekend with a 7th place, Finlay Collis and Elsey Blight 8th place.
Luca Chalk strong racing all weekend.
Unfortunately Caitlin Ellis was unable to race due to feeling very sore after her Crash the day before and also Evie Webster was feeling unwell so was unable to race, we wish them a speedy recovery
This means that the Absolute as a team now sit at the top of the rankings.
